Buying two vaccines for rabies and tick-borne encephalitis complements the recently approved smallpox and monkeypox vaccine Jynneos. Now the Danish firm needs to start selling them.

Best known for its manufacturing expertise, Denmark's Bavarian Nordic AS is on the verge of transforming into a commercial company following the acquisition of two travel vaccines from GlaxoSmithKline PLC.
