Estonia's pharmaceutical market grew by around 1% to EEK762 million ($62 million) at wholesale prices in the second quarter of this year compared with the same period in 2009, the state agency of medicines, Ravimiamet, has said.
Sales to retail pharmacies remained unchanged at EEK577 million, but sales to hospitals were up by 10% to EEK153 million.
