Florida Seeks HHS Approval To Implement Importation Plan

Florida assumes the prices of drugs imported to the US from Canada would be marked up by 45% to cover expenses associated with sourcing, repackaging, relabeling, testing and vendor costs but thinks the program would still produce significant savings, according to a plan submitted recently to the US Department of Health and Human Services.
